Analysis:
1)AMF sends quiesced for Si1 in SU1 and delete in SU3.
2)AMF received quiesced response from Su1 and sends delete in SU1.
3)Deletion response for SI1 from SU1, SUSIs are deleted for SU1.
4)AMF receives disabled event for SU3,
SUSI creation for SI2, SI3,SI4 and Si5 in Su4.
5)AVD receives assignment response for SI2, SI3, SI4 and SI5.
SG becomes stable and tolrence timer started for SI2

Here AMF still waits for deletion resposnse from Su1 for SI2
On the payload Pl-3 hosting SU1:
1) COMP2 restarted at the time of deletion of SI1.
This caused reassignment of all the CSIs in comp1
2) AMFND responded successfully for Si1 to AMFD, but it got the deletion
of assignment for SI2 before the response of COMP2 for reassignment.
AMFND issued callback to comp1 for removal.
Comp1 successfully responded and removal callback to comp3 was issued for
which component
responded successfully.
For comp2 AMFND got 4 response one of the responses which is not for SI3,SI4
and SI5 was dropped:
