This issue is not reproducible. The reason can be the fix of #601.
With #601, all component level error during quiesced assignments are escalated.
Because of this AMF failovers all the assignment to the standby SU for the
independent SI and SG becomes stable. After repair of the component when SU
gets enabled and instantiated, AMF successfully standby role.
Find configuration and traces in 698.tgz after successful verification.
Hence closing this ticket as non-reproducible.
