1) pkcs15-init -E works fine now. Many thanks!
2) opensc.conf is now part of the installation (previously this was
opensc.conf.in). Is opensc the right directory or should we move
opensc.conf to Windows directory?
3) Would it be possible for a minimal .inf file to be part of the
installation in opensc directory, when minidriver is selected? This is
only a temporary solution. This way, we only have to modify the .inf
file to have the minidriver working.
