the angle/position observation is easy, as the object giving the problem
is culled away the warning disappears. As it comes back into the frustum
the warning comes back (Given you are running a normal walk through
application).  

As to what causes the warning, hard to guess without knowing the scene.
The easiest way is to vary the model until you can find the object
causing the problems. Also running it in debug mode helps as the source
(location) of the warning will be clearer (e.g. TextureChunk,
MaterialChunk)
