mh.... Here's my projection matrix:

3.326 0.000 -0.025 0.000
0.000 4.542 0.2167 0.000
0.000 0.000 1.002 -20.00
0.000 0.000 1.000 0.000

Don't see any translation/rotation, perhaps some swapped axis...
