yes, but only the 2.6 api, i'm currently using libxml++ 1.0...
from the docs:

Required Libraries

    * For libxml++ 1.0
          o libxml2 >= 2.5.8
    * For libxml++ 2.6 and above
          o libxml2 >= 2.6.1
o glibmm-2.4 >= 2.4.0 (or a subset of it containing at least Glib::ustring)
