hmm, it has to be something windows specific. Is this Windows 7, i heard 
it prefers IPv6 which might cause trouble...

yes, probably, but for a ClusterWindow quite a bit happens as part of 
drawing, so it would be very helpful if you could narrow it down a bit.
Sorry, of the top of my head I can't think of anything that would 
(should) make a difference on 64 bit windows.
