Alternate gravity....  One could in principle imagine a physics engine
that wasn't a uniform gravitational field (i.e. down everywhere), but
say attracted towards a central source, or the result of mutual
interactions of the objects.  (The Newton physics engine plugin that I
played with a year or so ago was like this.  However, it didn't do
collisions at all, so essentially everything was phantom.)  In something
like this, I could see somebody wanting something both phantom and
physical.
