The code is available here:
https://github.com/diva/TerrainTools
I hesitated in making this known, because there is absolutely no
documentation *whatsoever*, not even a README file. Whoever wants to use
it needs to read the code in order to figure out how. This code exists
because I need it, not because I want ppl to use it; it's in a public
repo, rather than a private one, because the core of it came from Adam
Frisby, so I thought I'd make it public. But I don't have any time to
answer any questions about how to use it.
If you manage to use it and -- better yet -- improve it, patches are
most welcome.

Is the tool part of the OpenSim distribution or located somewhere? The

Hi there,
I have been trying to find a way to drape digital aerial photographs
on terrain in OpenSim and wondered if there is already a simple
solution or if support for this is planned in the near future.
In my search the nearest anyone has got to this is creating a
megaprim textured with a photograph, stretching across an entire
tile. Also, looking at Second Life there is support for repetitive
texturing of terrain, so you can drape a photo over a portion of a
tile; this pattern is replicated many times to cover the entire
tile. The photo you can load in for this has a size limit (I think
500x 500) -- if this limit was lifted then conceivably one photo
could stretch over the entire tile? Or are there any other solutions
out there?
Thanks for any advice you can give,
Regards,
Tony
