Hi,
it depends, on my Mac at home, I'm using Time Machine to make hourly
backups of everything (which includes OpenSim), on my server, I use a
backup script that will make a daily SQL dump and backup certain
directories, then send the backups to a remote server for safe storage.

Currently I am creating OAR and R32 files as backups. However, as my
regions
grow, it is taking over 2 hours now to restore.
Is there a more efficient way to do this?
