1. tutorial both screen shots and video here is an example of how i did it with a video. http://3dcolab.com/subfolders/3dintro/getstarted.htm 2. I have created a distribution copy of imprudence with our standalone already included as the default in the grid manager, or actually as the ONLY grid in the grid manager. I still think it would be great to make it a matter of click/download/install/enter credential. So here is my first attempt. This page asks the user to : a. get an account using wifi then b. download "a viewer" and finally c. click on the short cut that appears on their desk top and enter name/pw to get in. http://3dcolab.com/quicklogger/ Diva's great wifi set up allows you to either let anybody in or require email confirmation. It also allows you to delete accounts. So, any comments appreciated. -- View this message in context: http://opensim-users.2152040.n2.nabble.com/toward-a-more-simple-first-time-log-in-tp6639499p6643403.html Sent from the opensim-users mailing list archive at Nabble.com. _______________________________________________ Opensim-users mailing list [email protected] https://lists.berlios.de/mailman/listinfo/opensim-users
