Like many other developers, i spent hours learning orkut api, designed it and finally got my app approved for apps on orkut but orkut has shut it down in profile view. i emailed them the issue multiple times, either they dont reply or they donot give any ETA or any info about this maintainance/step by orkut. i personally think that its either their trick to promote the 5 apps or they are not at all bothered about apps other than:
stylish scraps emote music ilike photobuzz buddypoke which are the only 5 apps out of the 22,000 apps on orkut working rt now. my app is not less good than these 5 apps but even then it has been removed. Now even if they restore the apps now, my app has lost its popularity to these five apps and is hardly "searcheable". This is unfair.
