By default, lynx installs it's config files in
/usr/local/etc/ which I changed to /usr/share/$PKGNAME/
following some examples like autoconf and gnobots2.

Should I be putting the config files in /etc/, or
/etc/$PKGNAME/?

ncurses allows better color control and, apparently, some
mouse interaction (although I haven't got that working yet).
