it's vastly premature to discuss it here, and it's bad form to post the
same message to multiple fora (I saw it in at least three different
places; networking-discuss looks like the right place for it at this
stage).
if you have a concrete proposal that you want reviewed by the arc,
approach an arc member, intern, or licensee to open a case.
