The ARC forum is for fleshed out proposals, not trial-ideas that
really should be floated and nailed down in a community group first.
At this point you have an Idea that might grow into a Vision in some
related Community or Project group on OS.o, where with work it might
blossom into a formal Proposal. At that point, you bring the Proposal
to the ARC Community, where it is discussed and reviewed and potentially
approved, at which point it becomes a Plan of Record that you get to
go off and execute to - you guessed it - back in your sponsoring
Community or Project.
As Bill said, /starting/ off in the ARC community with a raw Idea is
a bit premature. On the other hand, we also say "ARC Early and Often",
so this could be considered one of those "early" interactions :-)
