The issues file is part of each case materials, assuming that the various reviewers put their comments in the file, that the nightly os.o mirroring scripts work, and that the case is correctly marked for open exposure.
We are beginning the (probably huge) effort to create tools that will work on OS.o - I'll say more on that effort on a separate email thread when I get a couple more ducks lined up. Otherwise, +1 to what Jim said. -John
