        In the short term, perhaps sending issues mail to the case owner
        to be posted in the file would be a workaround.  For cases I've
        owned, I've done that in the past.  It's not just interns and
        members who may have issues for discussion, it's other area
        experts as well.
        IIRC, John is working on a web based sac_nextcase.
