The big picture is that the components delivered under /usr/sfw should
instead be delivered in their "expected" locations per
PSARC 2005/185 Enabling serendipitous discovery
and other related cases including
PSARC 2007/047 /usr/gnu
The intent is to move the existing components that are under /usr/sfw
and as I mentioned in an earlier email, there hasn't been an overall
case that covers the whole wad due to time constraints and in my
opinion, making progress on individual components made sense while
waiting for a case that covers the rest.
