After some private tutoring by James Carlson, I agree the interface stability should be marked as Committed and if there are changes to interfaces there will be new ARC submissions and approvals before these changes are delivered to Solaris.
What is the process for changing the three interface levels from Volatile to Committed in the ARC document?
