I completely agree. The small cases are a waste of time and effort. There ought to be some person or group of people who "owns" the overall effort that's going on here. That's the responsible party for coming up with the overall architecture, and it might not be this one project team, but it should be "somebody." If the implication of the above statement that not all pieces are owned by one person is that there's really nobody determining the overall architecture at all, and we're just arbitrarily tossing things from one repository to another based on available resources, then that might be a sound reason to derail and ask that someone establish a real policy before the ARC is (effectively) asked to enforce it. -- James Carlson 42.703N 71.076W <[email protected]> _______________________________________________ opensolaris-arc mailing list [email protected]
