No, I prefer "no messages".

People complaint often about anything logged; if there's no _TSS, we
really should log that.

Certainly, there are systems which we cannot use speedstep; on those
systems there's nothing that can be done.

If you want people to debug that, then I'd suggest that you add something 
to enable debugging.
