I don't see what "ivory tower" you might be referring to here. The original poster complained (and I think rightly so) that a Linux application didn't run in a Linux-branded zone due to a lack of RT signals. He then filed two CRs that said the same thing: Linux application doesn't run due to lack of RT signals. If he was also asking for an extension to the number of RT signals for native Solaris applications, and if that's going to be addressed separately from the number of RT signals allowed for Linux-branded zones (I don't think it should be done separately; but I guess I don't care), then, fine, I'll reopen it and update the Description field so that it actually says something clear about what's desired. Otherwise, the CR is just a dup. -- James Carlson, Solaris Networking <james.d.carl...@sun.com> Sun Microsystems / 35 Network Drive 71.232W Vox +1 781 442 2084 MS UBUR02-212 / Burlington MA 01803-2757 42.496N Fax +1 781 442 1677 _______________________________________________ opensolaris-code mailing list opensolaris-code@opensolaris.org http://mail.opensolaris.org/mailman/listinfo/opensolaris-code
