Let me try to be a bit more explicit:

The BSD license allows you to introduce restrictions as long as you keep the 
original license intact. This meens that you need to carefully document any line
you changed after you add your "i-dont-like-users" "license text", if you like 
to make it applicable as the original software is still available under the BSD 
license without the restrictions.
