That makes it sound like not a Solaris bug, but possibly a bug in the
application's support for Solaris. Can you build it to use OSS instead
of Sun audio? Their OSS support may be more robust than their legacy
Sun api support.
It seems that the whole interfacing in the client code is done via flash.
It is interesting that youtube videos have no problems with playing the sound,
but this may be a result of using different settings (e.g. sample rates) while
playing videos than what happens with the teleconference system.
Wow. Flash is one of the more problematic audio applications. I wish
we had access to the source code; I could probably "fix it".
