To be honest, I really don't have time to spend grunging through the
code for a niche product like this. I have too many other things to
take care of.

Wow. Flash is one of the more problematic audio applications. I wish
we had access to the source code; I could probably "fix it".
The conference system seems to be very complex and I did not yet find the
sources, but they may exist.
