        I was _not_ personal and I don't need to calm down.


If you however don't write us new arguments but just repeat things we did 
discuss before, what would be the sense of such a discussion?

What you do is to constantly attack this list with a single statement from 
a single person from "Debian legal". You fail to prove that this should be
taken as an official statement from Debian but you continue to act as if
this (anti OSS) statement was an official statement from the Debian project.

So please either prove that this _is_ an official statement from Debian 
or stop your mails on this topic.
