I was stuck with this for a week otherwise I'd have released 0.4.1
earlier. Firefox 1.5.0.1 built from the latest stable release and even
the CVS tree dumps core during startup when it is registering the
extensions. I have to debug this.
Hey, I'm stuck on the same problem... It crashes during extension
registering too. Initially I thought it is our gcc problem, but looks
like you are seeing the same issue.
Lets cooperate on this one. Currently I'm updating our package base to
Ubuntu/Dapper, which will bring Xorg 7.0, GNOME 2.14 and KDE 3.5.1 among
other bug fixes which been done in the past 6 months by Debian and
Ubuntu crews. So, I'll be busy with this task for a while, but will look
at Firefox 1.5 issue too...
Sure. This is the priority 2 issue on my list. The other thing is the
need to prepare a
remastering tool. I am getting a proper stack and it looks like some
pathname argument
is being passed a NULL pointer. A couple of printfs at the right
places should help
throw some light.

Moinak.
