True, but at the same time, the current system admin tool, SMC, leaves alot to be desired - I'll let others list their gripes. Solaris need a one stop place where you can configure your whole machine, from packages to printers, from partitions to patches, and everything in between. Personally, YaST isn't the solution, it'll first need to be ported to GTK, then to Solaris, then to fix up the ideosycracies - in the end, it'll probably be easier to simply start a fresh, crease a nice GTK front end, and possibly use either python, perl or somethign else for the back end.
