Joerg,

Help me out here. What exactly is being done in regards to CDDL. Are packages 
being placed in non-free because of it?

If this is the case, this should be fixed.

I would add my voice to the effort also. If Debian does in fact consider CDDL 
to be non-free, what would they base that on? Please don't tell me that 
because it's non-GPL it's not free by them...
