Hello ,

I'm currenly building C++ code on Solaris SunOS 5.8.Currently the situation is
like we can't upgrade to Solaris 9/10. So has anyone of you tried running
libumem by copying it from Solaris 9/10 to solaris 5.8 machine and executing
libumem on it.I tried doing it but i got the following errors.
ld.so.1: pgrep: fatal: relocation error: file /usr/local/lib/libumem.so:
symbol issetugid: referenced symbol not found

Has any one of you tried this before. Is it possible to do it like this or
libumem can be run only on Solaris 9/10.

Please let me know.

Thanks,
Arthy
