The original text claims that the problem appeared _since_ I was working on
OpenSolaris and using the CDDL.
This is
1) definitely wrong as Debian started to cause problems long _after_
that time but exactly at the time when "Nexenta" appeared first.
2) an attack against the OpenSolaris project and people who work on this
project.
