Sigh. I figured as much. At least indicating whether the item was pending 
review or had been reviewed would be far more than we have now. I think most 
people would be ok with assuming that if something isn't "pending review" it's 
fair game for re-implementation.

Really, I do understand. *walks off and grumbles about the horribly complex 
legal world we live in...*
