Here's the thing. Thanks to Moinak and company, the raw materials for
exactly what you're talking about are most definitely available. They're a
product of the Livemedia and Belenix project teams -- and they're pretty
well documented too. In fact, "raw" doesn't do them justice -- as evidenced
by the fact that a non-Solaris-engineer (me :) ) succesfully manipulated
them into a prototype "security appliance":
