I also prefer this kind of layout. But I think one should add a comment 
concerning this. There exists an issue in Solaris 9 (IIRC) where you cannot 
mirror the root slice after having setup the filesystem if the slice contains 
track 0 of the disk. Because of this I prefer placing the swap slice at the 
beginning of the disk and boot/root after it. This of course doesn't mean that 
boot/root has to be on s1, it still can be on s0...
