I beg to differ - once setup for an end user, they're very happy - StarOffice does all what they want, all their hardware is supported, they can go to their favourite flash sites etc. etc. Yes, there are those who have a vast array of software that they 'need' (quotations added) but for the vast majority of people, they have a games machine for games thus leaving their laptop/desktop to write letters (StarOffice 8) surf for porn (Firefox) and balance their cheque book.
