True.

It's not just "testing" that goes on, but evaluation of the test
results and folding in last-minute fixes to the problems encountered,
particularly those that are regressions from the last build.

Personally, I like getting bits that have at least a modest amount of
smoke testing applied, so the couple of weeks of built-in delay has
never really bothered me much.

I suppose it'd be possible to toss likely-broken bits out there
faster, as soon as the first untested WOS is built, but I'm not sure
who we'd be helping if we did that.  It seems almost guaranteed to
result in a flood of "help! I've installed the new build and my system
is now a warm brick!" messages.
