Perhaps.  The point being, though, that having one contributor scold
another for not working on the things the first one finds of primary
interest seems not just a bit off topic, but actually counter-
productive.  It's not at all what I thought we were trying to do here.

In many of these cases, since we're trying to aim at a level playing
field (regardless of whether we're exactly on one yet or not), I think
it's helpful to substitute names and re-run the scenario.  If it
sounds off-kilter with the names changed, then the argument itself is
at least suspicious, and most likely just wrong.
