OpenSolaris, the distro, these days is basically SXCE without the closed
source bits. I don't see the issue here. The releases every six months
under go huge testing. There's even SunStudio on the repository. The
only real difference here is the different installer and pkg.

So in this case, I think you're overreacting.

As far as the naming goes, it's a dead horse I still don't agree with.
