You wrote that your CPU temparature goes above 99C. I never have been
able to even reach 80C in a similar notebook with an Intel CPU. 

I would guess that either your cooling system is defect or wrong for the CPU 
you have.

Are you sure that nobody did ever replace the fan system (with a probaly too 
small one) in this notebook?
