tar with these options partially solves my requierements

# tar c...@pebf 126 /dev/rmt/0h  .
# tar x...@pebf 126 /dev/rmt/0h

restore ZFS acls and accept file > 8 Gb, path up to 1023 (MAX_PATH_LEN),
and UID/GID according to Solaris and tar belong to miniroot

But no multivolume tape support.

It's an idea, but unusable for limited servers.
X2200 server have only 2 disks so if I do that I can't RAID ZFS !
It's not secure againt fire ... or has to be send elsewhere.
