I reported the same problem some times ago, I fixed with this method
(sorry but my blog is only in italian):

but translated quickly you need to:
remove all lines starting with _all into your .printers file (located in
your home dir) and into /etc/printer.conf
last, remember to run the command:
pfexec cupsctl PrintcapFormat=BSD
this work for me!
