Real successful companies have a big market share because of idealism and
culture. Zeiss e.g. was successful because of the idealism and culture of Ernst 
Abbé and for those who who like to know where the "rule" "A mananer may not 
earn 
more then 20x of the average employee" comes from, it is part of the foundation 
contract of the Zeiss foundation written ~ 130 years ago by Erbst Abbé.
