S10 cannot be legally used beyond evaluation period w/o an entitlement, which requires a support contract. And I don't know where you're getting your pricing from but it's about 1/3rd of the closest thing I could come to getting a quote.
You accuse those who make comments that are not pro Oracle from spreading FUD. I would say they're simply telling the truth of what has become the reality of the matter since Oracle took over Sun. And those who take it a step farther and bitch about it are also justified in doing so because commitments made by Sun are _not_ being honored, nor apparently even being given any modicum of respect, by Oracle. Those who're frustrated and speaking out are well within their rights to do so.
