S10 cannot be legally used beyond evaluation period w/o an entitlement, which 
requires a support contract.  And I don't know where you're getting your 
pricing from but it's about 1/3rd of the closest thing I could come to getting 
a quote.

You accuse those who make comments that are not pro Oracle from spreading FUD.  
I would say they're simply telling the truth of what has become the reality of 
the matter since Oracle took over Sun. And those who take it a step farther and 
bitch about it are also justified in doing so because commitments made by Sun 
are _not_ being honored, nor apparently even being given any modicum of 
respect, by Oracle.  Those who're frustrated and speaking out are well within 
their rights to do so.  And were this a real open source project instead of a 
corporate 'open scaffold' marketing sham, people would have been screaming 
bloody murder from the rooftops long ago.
