That rules has been written under other circumstances. There was a community
started because a company decided it was the path to follow in order to let
their code survive. And it was a great initiative.
Agree with your tough about starting with new premises. Our conjuncture has
changed a lot.

Now it's the time to do it. 5 years ago we lived in the best of the worlds,
with an operating system starting to be open, and lot of enthusiasts joining
communities.
We cannot ex-temporalize our actual reality.
