svc:/network/physical:default (physical network interfaces)
This service is not appropriate for a Laptop nor for DHCP
You use this service if you have a Static IP adress on a server. or desktop
PC.
svc:/network/physical:nwam (physical network interface autoconfiguration)
This service should be enabled. this will alllow you Laptop to Receive
DCHP
offers both on the LAN cabel and on the wireless .
svc:/application/graphical-login/cde- login:default (CDE login)
THis is the dtlogin service it is complaining that the font server is
offline.
On my system I have :
svcs -a | grep font
online 18:41:05 svc:/application/font/fc-cache:default
Is your Font server startable ?
svcadm clear font/fc-cache
svcadm enable font/fc-cache
and then :
svcadm clear cde-login
svcadm enable cde-login
does it work now ?
svc:/network/dns/server:default
The DNS Server will not start unless you have some DNS ZONE tables
and the /etc/named.conf file installed.
As you have a Laptop it is unlikely that you have a need to be a DNS server.
