Hi, 

    well ,  Looks like you did not understand what  I said yesterday . 

     There is an Extra not wanted  Section "Device"   in your xorg.conf 
       that  loads  the Indentifier VGA . 

     You need to delete the extra  section "Device"  from the xorg.conf   file.
