Hi all,

I'm an old hand at Solaris on Sparc hardware, but haven't touched it for a few
years.
Hoping it's like riding a bike....

Anyway, I'm back in the fold having built a home fileserver using OpenSolaris
snv_115. I want to take advantage of zfs; there are no problems with that part
at all!

But I am struggling to find out how to read the temperature sensors on the
motherboard.
It's an Asus "P5KPL SE" Motherboard. In the BIOS, you can get CPU and
motherboard temperature readings, so I know that the hardware has the sensors
in place. I'd also love to get readings from all 7 SATA drives if possible.

Have tried smartmontools, but SATA is not supported ('yet' I presume?).
I also investigated ipmitool, but I guess this is more Sparc related? Or at
least Sun specific.

So what can you suggest please...? :-)

Many thanks,

Tom
