The experimental Crossbow (/usr/lib/vna) support is no longer included in 
VirtualBox 2.X.  The rationale was that the Crossbow interfaces are 
still changing and it will get revisited once things stabilize.

But this actually makes things easier now:  no need to plumb up and persist
VNICs anymore.

For host interfaces in Virtual Box 2, just select the physical interface
(e.g. e1000g0), generate a random MAC address via the UI, and you should 
be on your way.
