I did a fresh install of "osol-0811-99.iso" last week. Most things appear to
work fine, however, I have 2 minor issues that I thought I should share.

I've had a reasonable look over the forums and can't find a solution.

First some info.

- NVidia Card and Driver
- Compiz active with AWN
- Gnome using default Nimbus theme
- /home/username automount to server nfs export

PROBLEM 1

I'm getting the error detailed in this bug report after a reboot and logging in
as user.

http://defect.opensolaris.org/bz/show_bug.cgi?id=1739

I've set the permissions appropriately and also added "SupportAutomount=true"
in "/etc/X11/gdm/custom.conf" and i still get the "~/.dmrc" error. It
obviously has something to do with the NFS export and automount for the home
directory.

My /etc/auto_home
----------
+auto_home
username server:/storage/home/&
----------
This automount works fine with Solaris 10 (not using GDM on Solaris 10)

PROBLEM 2

With SXCE a copy dialog would have a dynamic icon that displayed the progress
of the file copy. You would also get the copy progress icon in the
Notification Area as well. This install of OpenSolaris 0811-99 simply displays
a static icon for Nautilus/File Management (the file cabinet drawer) during the
file copy. The icon is in the Windows corner, the Window List, the Navigation
Area and also in AWN.

Any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
