SunOS 5.11 snv_101a i86pc i386 i86pc Solaris
Dell Inspiron 4150 (1.7Ghz, 1GB RAM)
Netgear MA521 pcmcia card

First let me say that OpenSolaris is looking beautiful these days. Thanks to
all the people responsible for the great work.

What does it mean when a driver is listed in Device Driver Utility (DDU),
presumably for my wireless card, yet I can not get a link to either of my
wireless networks? In DDU under Network is listed:
Device: Realtek Semiconductor Co., Ltd. RTL8180L 802.11b MAC
Driver: rtw

Doesn't the fact that my device and a driver are listed suggest that I should
be in luck?

The "Power" LED on my pcmcia card is illuminated. When I use this laptop for
Linux or Windows (hopefully converting to OpenSolaris), that usually
illuminates upon boot when the driver is hit. But the "Lnk" LED stays dark
until I am on a wireless network. Of course I have assured that my other
machines and see the wireless network and the SSID and passwords I am using are
correct, etc.

I don't know whether to go driver-searching, or if I have what I need, but
should be digging into my installed system somewhere?

Thanks,
